Delivery Time

• Once an order is placed, we take 1 - 3 working days to process the order. During the week, this usually takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, processing may take a little longer.

• Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, and delivery takes an average of 8 - 12 working days.

• If you are not at home when the package is delivered, it will be returned to a pickup point near you and stored there for one week before being sent back to our warehouse in Asia or Italy, depending on which warehouse is currently handling orders.

How to Place an Order

The ordering process at Northern Essence is as simple as possible.

1. Go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.

2. Make sure you have selected the correct variant of the product. If everything is correct, click "Proceed to checkout."

3. On the Information page, enter your correct address details. Double-check all information before clicking "Continue shipping."

4. On the Shipping page, you will see a summary of your address details. We also confirm that all shipments are completely free of charge—as a token of appreciation for our customers, we cover all shipping and delivery costs. Click "Proceed to payment" to continue.

5. In the Payment section, choose from various secure payment methods. At Northern Essence, all transactions are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a safe and reliable checkout experience.
